Q: What is the Purpose of Heart Speak?

A: To share positive thoughts and feelings throughout the world. We share GEMs (Great Energy Moments). A GEM is an audio recording about two minutes long which shares a Personal Story or Visualization, that is uplifting, inspirational, and profoundly positive.

Energy moves all around us. GEMs are a way to share that energy between people. It may take only one GEM or many GEMs, but we hope that you will enjoy what you hear.



Q: Is Heart Speak free?

A: Yes.



Q: Will a GEM work for me?

A: GEMs do work. They have worked for the people who submitted them. We would not share them if we did not believe in them. Taking the two minutes to listen to a GEM is your choice. Your intentions are important. If you are open to aligning your thoughts and energy, just listening can be of great benefit.



Q: What are the ways I can access GEMs?

A: There are a number of different ways to access GEMs:
1) You can visit this website as often as you wish.
2) An Android app is available.
3) Use your phone (cell or landline) to receive daily GEM of the Day calls, or call in.



Q: How often may I listen to a GEM?

A: There is no limit. As often as you want. Surrounding yourself with positive thoughts and energy is always beneficial.



Q: Where can I find out more about Heart Speak?

A: The About GEMs pages and the About Us pages of this website will give you an overview of what it’s all about.



Q: I'm looking for a certain topic. Can you help me find it?

A: Yes. There are two ways you can find GEMs about a particular topic:

1) Use the search box in the left sidebar to look for keywords. You can search for words that are in the titles of GEMs or in the text of GEMs. All GEMs that match your search will be displayed. Note: searching is available only to signed-in users.

2) Click on the Category drop-down list, choose a category, and click Apply. All GEMs for your chosen category will be displayed.

Q: When are GEMs created?

A: All the time. Come back often to see what is new.



Q: Can I comment about a GEM on the Heart Speak site?

A: You are able to comment on the GEMs by creating an account. You must have a username to comment. Note: comments are not private, they are seen by everyone



Q: Is my information private?

A: Yes, we protect all of your information. Nothing about you is shared with anyone else.



Q: I'm having a problem enrolling as a member. What can I do?

A: If you have any problems during your enrollment, please send an e-mail to questions@heartspeak.life and we will resolve the problem(s) as soon as possible.



Q: Are GEMs compatible with my computer, my tablet, my smartphone, or my portable audio player?

A: In general, yes. The audios can be heard on any device that can run an internet browser.

Note: you must be connected to the internet to play a GEM. You cannot play it offline. We do not support downloading of GEMs for later playback. Hence, a portable audio player cannot play a GEM unless it is connected to the internet and the Heart Speak website.



Q: How do I play GEMs on my smartphone (e.g. iPhone or Android-based phone) or tablet device (e.g. Apple iPad)?

A: Use your internet browser to access GEMs via the Heart Speak website. The website has been designed to be responsive, meaning that it will adapt itself to the screen on your device. Some of the text may be hard to read on a smartphone but you will be able to play and listen to GEMs easily. A Heart Speak Android app is available now, and an iPhone app is planned.
