Use It the Best Way you Can

When I hear of people in need, whether family, friends, or someplace in the world, I imagine holding my hands open, palms facing away, with light, illumination pouring out.

Every cell of my body is generating this light, from within my trillions of molecules of DNA.

I offer illumination energy to whoever, whatever, wherever needs to use it in any way they want.

Even the decision of who needs it, I leave up to spirit to sort out. I just offer it, only for a few seconds, because this is only how long I can hold the focus.

I know something is happening, because I yawn. Whenever some significant amount of energy moves, or perhaps activates, you may say, I always yawn. Perhaps my body needs more oxygen, or something else in the air – maybe what the Hindu’s call prana.

Anyhow, I know by this happening, when energy was accepted or activated. Interestingly, I feel better when I do this.

Sometimes, I do this for no reason at all, sending illumination to whoever needs it.

Notice I don’t have an agenda of changing anything one way or another. I am just offering illumination for better decisions, easier decisions, angelic help.

Whoever needs it most, gets it. It may be a place on earth, or the weather, or the animals.

It’s strange that it feels like the amount I give out gets multiplied many times over, and I feel a reflection back of the energy.
